Gain Patents User Friendly Licenses

The Jaroschek Displacement Process is covered by Patents US 5,204,051; US 5,425,667; and EP 0 393 315 B2, which pre-date and therefore have priority over other known similar methods of expelling plastic from a mould. The Jaroschek Displacement Process under license has been the preferred process in Germany and USA in recent years. GIWW has recently acquired from GAIN Technology exclusive rights in worldwide territories, excluding the USA and Japan, to use, sub-license and enforce the Jaroscheck Patents, which were previously licensed exclusively to GAIN Technology by Klockner Ferromatik GmbH. JDP is offered to moulders or owners of moulds by GIWW under user friendly licenses with lower once only license fees and GIWW will be pleased to discuss each moulders requirements including those already with licenses of similar methods.

OEM users of components made using the JDP should be aware of the need for their suppliers to be correctly licensed.
